Sisterhood Café is a survivor-led space created to open doors to financial independence for women who have been denied access to formal education or opportunities in the hospitality industry. The café offers hands-on training for survivors with no prior qualifications to become confident, skilled professionals in food service and café operations. Participants receive short-term and long-term advanced training, designed to meet them where they are and help them grow at their own pace. Upon completing the training, survivors are awarded a certificate, strengthening their employability and confidence to step into the workforce or explore entrepreneurship. More than a workplace, Sisterhood Café is a source of sustainable income, safe place, and empowerment. It enables survivors to earn, learn, and rebuild their lives with independence transforming everyday work into a pathway toward freedom and self-reliance.
